EXPERIENCE AN EVENING of meditative chanting.
THE MEDICINE BUDDHA is portrayed with a bowl of medicine in one hand and a plant with healing properties in the other.
As we chant the medicine buddha mantra we invoke the quality of healing on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
The mantra is a long and beautiful one, and as we chant it 108 times, we can immerse into a meditative state of sounds vibration.
THIS EVENINGS TEACHER IS Line Bangsbo has been teaching Yoga, Acroyoga, Thai Yoga Massage and meditation for more than 10 years. She describes her passion for teaching: “My experience is that a joyful connection to the world begins with a joyful connection to ourselves and that is what I want to share in my teaching – I put great emphasis on creating a safe space where it is fun and comfortable to explore.”
